By using FileYay you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The service
FileYay provides online tools that process files in your browser. We aim to keep the tools accurate and available, but they are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Always keep a copy of your original files.
Acceptable use
- You are responsible for the files you process and must have the right to use them.
- Do not use the tools to infringe copyright or other rights, or for any unlawful purpose.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service beyond what open-source licenses allow.
Intellectual property
You keep all rights to your files and to the results you create. The FileYay name, design and original code belong to us. Third-party open-source components are used under their own licenses, listed on the open-source credits page.
Paid plans
If paid features are introduced, their prices, billing and refund terms will be shown before purchase and will form part of these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
