Why does the birth time matter?
The Rising sign changes roughly every two hours and the Moon moves about 13° a day, so an accurate time gives an accurate chart.
How accurate are the positions?
Planet positions come from the open-source Astronomy Engine library, accurate to well within a degree, and local time is converted to UTC with your city's historical time-zone rules.

No. This tool is for entertainment only. It is based on traditional astrology and folk customs, not science, and should not be used to make important decisions about health, money, relationships or the law.
