- Change the octave to reach higher or lower notes.
- Pick a sound to change the tone of the synthesizer.

Do I need to install anything?
No. The sound is generated in your browser with the open-source Tone.js library (MIT licence).
Why is there no sound at first?
Browsers block audio until you interact with the page. Click any key once and the sound starts.
Can I record what I play?
Not yet. This tool plays live; you can record your screen or a system audio recording while you play.
Ist Virtual Piano kostenlos?
Ja. Virtual Piano ist kostenlos – ohne Anmeldung und ohne Wasserzeichen.
Werden meine Angaben gespeichert oder irgendwohin gesendet?
Nein. Alles wird in deinem Browser berechnet. Nichts, was du eingibst, wird an einen Server gesendet oder gespeichert.
Funktioniert es auf meinem Handy?
Ja. Es funktioniert in jedem modernen Browser unter Windows, Mac, Linux, Android und auf dem iPhone. Sehr große Dateien können auf älteren Handys langsam sein.
